Price Match Guidelines

At BWCflies, we are conscious of our Pricing in a competitive marketplace. We will consider matching the price of an Australian based competitor, be it an online retailer or physical shop front.

Our terms of any Price Match request are as follows.

• the product must be in stock at the Competitors outlet and sold as brand new,
• the product must be of the same Brand, Model and any relevant specifications, like colour or size.
• email evidence with a link of the Competitor price must be provided to authenticate the Price Match request.
• CLOSING DOWN SALE prices will not be matched.
• the request for a Price Match must occur before your purchase, retrospective Price Match requests will not be entered in to.
• the final decision to Price Match is at the discretion of the Directors of BWCflies Pty Ltd.

All Prices depicted instore at Tuggerah or published on our ecommerce site, bwcflies.com.au are subject to change without notice as they are influenced by wholesale price changes, exchange rates, importing fees and duties, GST, freight and shipping costs associated with.
