BWCflies Piece of Mind – 12 Month Breakage Coverage – July 2024 Onwards

BWCflies Pty Ltd will cover your TFO Fly Fishing Rod for 1 breakage to either the Tip or Second Section for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

To claim, you must comply with the following
– Correspondence will only be accepted via email to bwcflies@hotmail.com , Instagram messages, Facebook Messenger and Text Messages will not be answered.
– Send a clear photo of all sections of the rod, lined up so we can easily identify the broken section.
– Send a photo of the butt section with all the TFO numbers, so we can identify the model and weight of the fly rod.
– Advise your Order number if purchased online through the Website or your Receipt number from Instore, we will not be able to search for these details. Please keep that in mind and retain your proof of purchase administration.
– Applies to the Original Purchaser only. The BWCflies TFO Fly Rod Warranty is not transferable.
– Valid and Applicable for Australian purchases, International purchases are excluded.

Fly Rod Section Ordering and Pricing outside of 12-month Ownership

If your TFO Fly Rod was purchased in Australia and you are in need of purchasing replacement sections from a breakage, please send your enquiry to ‘orders@ejtodd.com,au along with any photos of model numbers and in writing, the length, weight and section/s required.
To identify sections
– Tip = section 1
– 2nd from tip = section 2
– 3rd from tip = section 2
– Butt = section 4

Postage costs are additional to any parts prices.

To activate your warranty, simply fill out the warranty registration card included with your rod, get the retailer to sign it and mail it to EJ Todd.

(Please note that if you purchased your rod from a country other than Australia, you would need to liaise with the place of purchase for warranties.)
