Shipping Your Order

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of the order arrival into our system or funds appearing in our bank account. In the event of an out-of-stock situation, you will be notified promptly with options to resolve.

The majority of orders are shipped via Australia Post. Oversized parcels may be shipped with Aramax or another carrier pending costs.

Australia Post Tracking is provided on all orders. Automated system email notifications are generated throughout the transit process. Please check your Junk/Spam folder, as tracking often ends up there.

Goods are packed into satchels or boxes that are appropriate for the products ordered to ensure no damage occurs during transit. In the event of parcels arriving with transit damage, please email images immediately to bwcflies@hotmail.com , where we can lodge an issue with the Carrier on your behalf.  Working together, we can resolve issue quite quickly. 

Any issues with delivery of your parcel need to be raised with us within 24 hours of receiving, otherwise your delivery is deemed as being received correctly. 

You should allow 3 to 5 business days for shipping via Standard Post within Australian metro areas and 5 to 7 business days for shipping to regional areas. These times are a guideline only and can change with seasonal activity.

Our parcels are shipped promptly to reduce the risk of loss of products for both parties. Lost parcels cause an enormous amount of frustration for both the customer and ourselves, along with the amount of time taken to investigate / resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

Delayed, miss shipped items rarely happen, please keep an eye on the tracking provided and if in doubt, we can assist with investigations with the Carrier where appropriate.  Insurances can be arranged upon receipt of your notification to quote on Postal insurances.
